Days 1–3: peak swelling — this is when lips can look larger, firmer, and sometimes slightly uneven. This is normal and not your result. Days 4–7: swelling steadily comes down; any bruising fades. Around 2 weeks: the filler settles, softens, and integrates — this is your true before and after. Results are gradual and individual; two people with the same product can settle differently.
