Korean Titanium Lifting Before and After: Ari's “Lifted in 20 Minutes”, Day One Versus Weeks Later
Ari (@ariluxbloom) describes a lifted look after about 20 minutes of Titanium Lifting plus a laser on breakouts. Her doctor separates what you see on day one from what only shows weeks later, and how to take fair before-and-after photos.

“Is that result real, or is it the light?” I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam. I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat our international patients myself. Patients show me Titanium before-and-after clips on their phones nearly every week, usually the night before their own session, and they want to know what part of the change will still be there next month. Ari's video is a good one to explain this with, because she says she looked lifted after about 20 minutes. Below I separate what a Korean titanium lifting before and after shows on day one from what can only show weeks later, what the spot laser on her breakouts adds, what it costs and who should not expect the same picture.

In her own words
Literally achieved a snatch lifted look in 20 minutes 😍 … It’s a noninvasive laser based lifting treatment along with laser on targeted areas to remove any kind of pimple/acne/troubles that were up on my face.
What “lifted in 20 minutes” refers to in a titanium before and after
A Korean titanium lifting before and after filmed on the same day shows something real, but only part of the story. A Titanium session takes about 15–30 minutes, so Ari's 20 minutes fits the treatment time itself.
Titanium fires three wavelengths (755, 810 and 1064 nm) at once while a sapphire plate cools the surface. Many people feel firmer skin straight away. What they see in the mirror that afternoon, though, mixes early tightening with warmth and a little swelling.
Day one: what you are actually looking at
- Tighter feel: the dermis has just been heated, and skin often feels firmer within the hour.
- Smoother surface: mild, even swelling can soften fine lines for a day or so.
- A slight flush: redness or warmth usually settles within the 1–2 day recovery window.
- Better lighting: clinic mirrors and phone ring lights flatter everyone; I mention this to every patient.
None of this makes a same-day clip dishonest. It just means day one tells you how the skin reacted, not where it will settle.
Weeks later: when the comparison becomes fair
Once the swelling is gone, what remains is the firming the skin keeps. Because Titanium sessions are spaced 2–8 weeks apart, I like to compare photos just before the next session, not the morning after.
For a closer look at what most photo posts skip, I wrote about what Titanium before-and-after photos leave out, and separately about which titanium lifting reviews are worth trusting.
- 1
Same light
Stand facing a window at the same time of day for both photos; avoid overhead bathroom light.
- 2
Same angle
Front, then a 45-degree side view, phone at eye level, chin neutral rather than lifted.
- 3
Same face
No makeup, hair tied back, and a relaxed jaw; a clenched jaw changes the line more than any device.
- 4
Right timing
One photo before treatment, one just before your next session or at a similar point weeks later.
The laser on her breakouts: a separate job on the same day
Ari also mentions laser on targeted spots for pimples. That has nothing to do with lifting; it is there so new breakouts don't distract from the result. Her caption doesn't name which laser, so here is how I usually choose.
- Oily, breakout-prone areas: the Accu laser, a 1450 nm sebum-targeting laser that takes 10–20 minutes with same-day return.
- One or two inflamed spots that need to calm before a trip photo: an acne injection, a 5–10 minute treatment; a small bruise can occasionally appear and usually fades within a week.
- Red marks left after spots heal: a different approach again, decided after I see the skin.
This is a different angle from my earlier notes on Ari's visit: how her Titanium session worked for a V-line, and why we paired lifting with a laser at all.
How much does a Titanium session cost, with spot care?
Ari didn't post a price, so these are example menu prices for a similar visit. Korean and international patients pay the same; there is no foreigner surcharge.
- Titanium 40KJ (First-visit trial)₩340,000≈ $250
- Accu (Sebum) Laser 2 Modes 1 session₩99,000≈ $70
- Anti-inflammatory Injection (Less than 5)₩10,000≈ $10
Example menu prices, not what Ari paid. VAT excluded · the same price for Korean and international patients · regular Titanium 40kJ price ₩500,000 · which spot treatment suits your breakouts is decided at the free consultation.
When your before and after won't look like Ari's
A light device can firm skin, but it cannot move bone or remove a lot of fat. If your lower face is full rather than loose, the photo change from Titanium alone will be modest, and I will tell you that before you pay.
Fitting the photo timeline into a Seoul trip
- 1
Before you fly
Take your 'before' photos at home in your usual light, and send them on WhatsApp if you want my view in advance.
- 2
Consultation day
A free 1:1 consultation with me; same-day treatment is possible. English and Chinese interpreters are on site.
- 3
The next 1–2 days
Gentle cleansing, sunscreen, no sauna. Plan photos for later in the trip, not the same evening.
- 4
Back home
Repeat your photos in the same spot weeks later. That pair is your honest before and after.
Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- Your jawline looks softer in photos than it used to
- You've only got one or two free days in Seoul
- Breakouts tend to flare when you travel
- You'd like a doctor to tell you whether a device is enough
A good fit if
- Your skin feels a little loose but your face isn't heavy
- You want firmer skin with only 1–2 days of recovery
- You have a few active breakouts you'd like settled on the same visit
- You're happy to judge the result weeks later, not that evening
Not the right first step if: you expect a same-day photo to be the final result, your main concern is a full lower face or wide jaw rather than loose skin, your skin is sunburned or freshly peeled, or you're pregnant.

“If you want a fair before and after, take the 'before' at home and the 'after' weeks later in the same light. Send me both and I'll tell you honestly what changed.”
Questions patients ask me about this
Can you see Titanium lifting results right away?
Many people feel firmer skin straight after a session. Part of that is early tightening and part is mild swelling, so the fairer comparison is weeks later, before the next session.
How long does a Titanium lifting session take?
At Delphic Clinic a Titanium session takes about 15–30 minutes, with 1–2 days of recovery. Consultation time is extra on your first visit.
How often should Titanium lifting be repeated?
Sessions are usually spaced 2–8 weeks apart. How many you need depends on your skin and goal, which I assess at the consultation.
Can I get an acne laser on the same day as Titanium?
Often, yes. A targeted spot treatment such as the Accu laser or an acne injection can be added to the same visit if your skin is calm enough, which I check first.
How much is Titanium lifting in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, Titanium 40kJ is ₩340,000 on the first-visit menu (regular ₩500,000), VAT excluded. Korean and international patients pay the same.
