Stomach fat dissolving injections in Korea are usually a blend of medicines placed directly into the fat layer. At our clinic, the body injection combines ingredients with fat-dissolving and lymphatic-circulation effects, and each session takes about 10 minutes.

The key word is local. Injections work where the needle goes, which makes them useful for a defined pocket of belly fat and much less useful for overall weight.

The pinch test I do before choosing injections

• Soft fat you can pinch between your fingers: the type injections can reach.
• A firm, rounded belly that's hard to pinch: usually fat deeper inside the abdomen, which injections can't reach.
• Loose, crepey skin with little fat underneath: a skin problem rather than a fat problem.
• A mix of soft fat and slight looseness: where combining injections with ONDA makes most sense.

Do you need ONDA too, or are injections enough?

Injections target the fat you can pinch. ONDA uses microwave energy to heat a broader layer of fat while keeping the surface cool, and it also supports skin firmness. When the belly is soft and slightly loose, the two do different jobs.

What two months can show, and what it can't

Priscilla waited two months to post, and I think that's a fair point to look. Treated fat is cleared gradually, so the first weeks are mostly about swelling settling rather than visible slimming.

Two months won't erase a belly that is mainly deep abdominal fat or loose skin. Keeping your weight stable matters too: injections reduce fat in one area; they don't stop new fat forming.

Bruising, swelling and the first week

Most people return to normal life the same day. The area can feel tender, swollen or bruised for some days, which is worth knowing if you're planning beach days. I've written about the side effects that reviews tend to understate.

Who should skip stomach injections, at least for now

• You're still losing weight quickly — wait until it stabilizes.
• Your belly is mostly firm, deep fat or mainly loose skin after pregnancy.
• You're pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a skin infection in the area.
• You need the area bruise-free within the next few days.
