4Aftercare
Cleansing is fine on the day of treatment, but makeup should wait until the next day. Avoid direct stimulation such as rubbing the treated area, avoid peeling treatments and scrubs, and always apply sunscreen outdoors. For one week avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, hot baths and strenuous exercise. Bumps, bruising, swelling, mild pain and redness may appear but are temporary and ease within a week.
