A Four-Part Personalized Plan in Seoul: K_onni's Ultherapy, ONDA, Juvelook and Acne Care, and How I Put It Together
K_onni (@soy.k_onni) left a consultation with four treatments chosen for their skin, and noticed a more defined face line and smoother texture over the following days. Here's the reasoning behind a multi-part plan, and when I'd keep it simpler.

Not every face has a single problem, and K_onni's caption shows what happens when the plan follows the skin instead of a menu. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic by Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam; I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I personally consult and treat our international patients. Visitors often ask me, “Can you fix my breakouts and lift my face in the same trip?” This page walks through how I combine acne care, Ultherapy, ONDA and Juvelook Skin, the order I think about them in, the recovery to plan for, the menu prices, and who should start with far less.

In her own words
(Translated from Spanish) After a consultation, I received acne treatment, Ultherapy, ONDA Lifting and Juvelook Skin, according to my skin's needs. Over the following days, I personally felt that the line of my face looked a little more defined and that my skin looked more even, with a smoother texture. Something else I liked was that they have an English interpreter, which makes the experience much more comfortable for international patients.
When one face has several separate concerns
K_onni came in with active breakouts, a jawline that had softened, and texture that looked uneven. Those are three different problems sitting in three different layers of the skin, and no single device addresses all of them.
That's when a combined plan is justified. It is not when someone simply wants “everything”. I only add a treatment if I can name the specific concern it is there for.
Four parts, four reasons
- 1
Acne care — calm the skin first
Cleansing, extraction with an anti-inflammatory injection where needed, and blue LED. Treating inflammation comes first, because other procedures work better on calmer skin.
- 2
Ultherapy — the deepest layer
Focused ultrasound reaches the SMAS, the layer a surgeon tightens, without damaging the surface. Ultrasound imaging lets me adjust to skin thickness.
- 3
ONDA — fullness along the jaw
Coolwaves™ microwaves heat the fat layer while keeping the skin cool, refining heaviness that blurs the face line.
- 4
Juvelook Skin — texture from within
PDLLA combined with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid stimulates your own collagen, aimed at texture, pores and fine lines.
For deeper reading, I've written about Ultherapy SMAS lifting for a tighter jawline and what Juvelook does to rebuild skin from within.
“Over the following days” — the right way to judge
I was glad K_onni described the change gradually rather than as an overnight transformation. Collagen-based treatments don't work overnight. Ultherapy builds over 2–3 months, with the clearest change around day 90, and Juvelook also works through gradual collagen renewal.
- First days: Juvelook can leave small bumps, redness or mild swelling that settle within about a week.
- First weeks: breakouts calm and the jaw can begin to look cleaner.
- Two to three months: lifting and texture changes are easiest to judge.
- Ongoing: acne care often needs repeat sessions; lifting is usually repeated every 6–12 months.
What a plan like this costs
The caption doesn't share shot counts or volumes, so I can't give K_onni's exact bill. Below is a menu example of the three lifting and booster components; acne care is ₩65,000 per session on top. Korean and international patients pay the same.
- Ultherapy Prime 100 shots₩450,000≈ $330
- ONDA Lifting (Face) 40kj (First-visit trial)₩270,000≈ $200
- Juvelook/Ultracoll Skin Booster 2cc (First-visit trial)₩250,000≈ $180
VAT excluded · the same price for Korean and international patients · regular prices: ONDA face 40kJ ₩400,000; acne care ₩65,000 per session · shot counts and volumes in K_onni's plan weren't shared, so these are menu examples, not the creator's bill · final plan at the free consultation.
Ultherapy is priced by shots, so a full face at 300 shots costs more than this 100-shot example. My guides to Ultherapy cost in Korea and Juvelook pricing explain what changes a quote.
The interpreter, and booking from abroad
K_onni mentioned our English interpreter, and it matters more than people expect. A plan with four parts only works if you understand every step, the aftercare, and what to do if something feels wrong.
- 1
Before you fly
Message us on WhatsApp with clear photos in daylight and your dates. Juvelook needs a day before makeup, so timing matters.
- 2
In clinic
Free 1:1 consultation with me, English and Chinese interpreters on site, and same-day treatment if we agree.
- 3
Location
2F, Urban Hive, 476 Gangnam-daero, a short walk from Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 3.
Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- You're getting breakouts and noticing your face line softening at the same time
- Your skin looks uneven up close even with makeup
- You've struggled to explain your skin concerns to a clinic in another language
- You'd like one appointment to handle several concerns during a trip
A good fit if
- You have more than one concern — breakouts, a softer jaw and uneven texture
- You want the plan built after a consultation, not chosen from a menu
- You can allow a day or two for Juvelook bumps to settle
- You value having an interpreter for every step
Not the right first step if: you want only one change on a tight budget, have severe active acne that needs medical treatment first, are pregnant, or need to look flawless for photos the day after.

“If you have several concerns, send me photos before your trip. I'll tell you honestly which to treat now, which can wait, and which you can skip.”
Questions patients ask me about this
Can you do Ultherapy, ONDA and Juvelook on the same day?
They can be combined in one visit when each targets a different concern: Ultherapy the SMAS layer, ONDA the fat layer and Juvelook skin texture. The doctor decides after assessing your skin whether all are needed.
Can I get acne treatment and lifting in one visit in Korea?
Yes, if the breakouts are mild to moderate. Calming inflammation comes first, and the doctor checks whether skin is ready for other procedures that day.
How much do Ultherapy, ONDA and Juvelook cost in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, Ultherapy Prime 100 shots is ₩450,000, ONDA face 40kJ ₩270,000 at the first-visit price and Juvelook Skin Booster 2cc ₩250,000 at the first-visit price, VAT excluded. Acne care is ₩65,000 per session.
Is there downtime after Juvelook Skin?
Small bumps, redness, swelling or bruising may appear and usually ease within a week. Cleansing is fine the same day, but makeup should wait until the next day.
Does Delphic Clinic have English interpreters?
Yes. English and Chinese interpreters are on site from consultation through treatment and aftercare.
When do Ultherapy results show?
Some tightening can be felt early, but results build over 2–3 months as collagen regenerates, with peak change around day 90.
