Juvelook with Mirajet in Seoul: Vivie's One-Week Check-In, With Her Doctor's Notes
Vivie (@vivie_175) had a Juvelook collagen booster delivered with Mirajet and posted an honest one-week update. Her doctor explains the early redness, why week one is too soon to judge, and what it costs.

Vivie's caption contains the most useful sentence a booster patient can write: don't book it right before an important event. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic close to Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat international patients myself. Juvelook questions reach me most weeks, usually as “when will I see it?” or “can I do it the day before my flight?”. Vivie's one-week update is a good place to answer both, along with what the treatment costs and whose skin it doesn't suit.

In her own words
Juvelook is a collagen-stimulating treatment, and Mirajet delivers the product into the skin without using a traditional needle injection. ❗️there was some redness and sensitivity immediately after the treatment, so I wouldn’t schedule it right before an important event. I’m so excited to see how my skin looks as the treatment develops over time 🤍
What Juvelook asks your skin to do
Juvelook isn't a filler that adds volume on the day. It combines PDLLA, a biodegradable polymer, with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, and its job is to prompt your own skin to renew collagen. The hyaluronic acid helps hydration early; the PDLLA works slowly.
That slow part is the whole point, and it's why I like that Vivie framed her post as a one-week check-in rather than a verdict. I've written about why so many Juvelook reviews are written too early.
Mirajet: a different way in, the same product
As Vivie described it, Mirajet delivers the product into the skin without a traditional needle injection. The product doing the work is still Juvelook; the delivery method changes how the session feels and how the product is spread, not what it is.
Whether we deliver by injection or by Mirajet is something I decide with you at the consultation, based on your skin, the area and how you feel about needles.
The redness she warned about, and how long it usually lasts
Redness and sensitivity right after a collagen booster are expected. Small bumps, swelling or a bruise can also appear. These are temporary and usually ease within the first week, and most patients are back to normal plans within 1–3 days.
- Cleansing is fine the same day; makeup should wait until the next day.
- Don't rub or massage the area, and avoid peels and scrubs.
- For one week, skip alcohol, smoking, saunas, hot baths and hard exercise.
- Sunscreen every time you go outside.
What Juvelook costs at Delphic
Our prices are public and the same for Korean and international patients. Vivie's caption doesn't state her dose, so the row below is the first-visit menu option most people start with.
- Juvelook/Ultracoll Skin Booster 2cc (First-visit trial)₩250,000≈ $180
VAT excluded · identical for Korean and international patients · this is the menu price for the typical first-visit Juvelook option; a full face at 4cc is ₩500,000 · the dose and delivery method are confirmed at the free consultation.
A full face usually needs more product, and Juvelook Volume is a separate option for deeper hollows. I've laid out our real Juvelook price options and what changes a quote.
Week one, month one, month three: a realistic timeline
- 1
Week one
Redness settles; skin may feel more hydrated thanks to the hyaluronic acid. Too early to judge texture or firmness.
- 2
Weeks four to eight
Collagen renewal is gradual. Many patients start to notice smoother texture and finer pores around here.
- 3
Around three months
A good point to compare photos. Many people plan a repeat session at an interval we agree on.
Timing it around your trip, not your event
- 1
Count back from the event
Leave at least a week between the treatment and any wedding, shoot or big day, as Vivie suggested.
- 2
Before you fly
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and your dates, and I'll tell you whether Juvelook fits your skin or something gentler would suit the trip.
- 3
On the day
Skin diagnosis, consultation with me, and same-day treatment if we agree. English and Chinese interpreters are on site, near Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 3.
Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- Your skin looks tired even when you're rested
- Makeup settles into fine lines or enlarged pores
- Your skin feels dry no matter how much moisturiser you use
- Old acne scars catch the light
A good fit if
- Your concern is skin quality: texture, enlarged pores, fine lines or mild acne scars
- You're happy to wait weeks for a gradual change rather than see it on day one
- You have at least a week before any important event
- You'd like a needle-light option and are open to discussing Mirajet
Not the right first step if: you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection or inflammatory flare, a history of reacting to similar products, or you need visible results before an event this week.

“Send me a photo and your travel dates before you book. I'll tell you whether Juvelook is worth it for your skin, and how to time it so the redness doesn't land on a day that matters.”
Questions patients ask me about this
What is Juvelook with Mirajet?
Juvelook is a collagen booster made of PDLLA and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid. Mirajet is a way of delivering the product into the skin without a traditional needle injection; the doctor chooses the delivery method at the consultation.
How much does Juvelook cost in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, Juvelook/Ultracol skin booster 2cc is ₩250,000 and a full face at 4cc is ₩500,000 (VAT excluded). International patients pay the same as Korean patients.
How long does redness last after Juvelook?
Redness and sensitivity are common right after treatment, and bumps, swelling or bruising can appear. They are temporary, most people return to normal plans within 1–3 days, and they usually ease within a week.
When will I see Juvelook results?
Juvelook works by stimulating collagen, so change is gradual. Many patients notice smoother texture after several weeks, and around three months is a good point to compare photos.
Can I get Juvelook right before an event?
It's better not to. Leave at least a week between treatment and any important event, because redness, small bumps or bruising may still be visible in the first days.
