Titanium Lifting Cost in Korea: What Actually Sets the Price

I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic in Sinnonhyeon, Gangnam. Price is the first question I get about titanium lifting, usually from someone who has collected three quotes that differ by several times and assumes somebody is overcharging.

Almost always, nobody is. They are quoting different things. This article explains what actually sits behind the number, so you can compare like with like instead of guessing.

What you are paying for

If you have not yet decided between the lifting treatments at all, that is a different question and I wrote it up separately. This article assumes you have landed on titanium lifting and want to understand the invoice.

The consumable in this treatment is measured in shots, and the clinic's cost rises directly with how many are delivered to your face. That is why "one session" means almost nothing without a number attached to it.

The factors, in order of impact

Notice none of these relate to interior design or district. A price that is low because fewer shots are delivered over a smaller area by a non-doctor is not a discount — it is a different treatment wearing the same name.

Why more shots is not automatically better

This runs against most people's instinct. Shot count should match your face size, the degree of laxity and how much fat you have to spare. Adding energy where it is not needed does not scale the result, and on a naturally thin face aggressive settings can reduce volume you wanted to keep.

So I do not recommend by the logic of "buy more, save more". If your face needs fewer shots, that is what I will quote, and the difference stays in your pocket rather than ours.

Five questions before you pay

• How many shots does this price include?
• Which areas are covered — is the neck extra?
• Will a doctor perform it, or someone else?
• Is this the final price, or are consultation, numbing and aftercare separate?
• If I buy a package, when do unused sessions expire?

A clinic that answers these plainly is usually the same clinic that adjusts settings by zone. One that finds them awkward has told you something useful before you spent anything.

Judging whether it was worth it

The result comes from collagen rebuilding, so it builds over roughly two to three months rather than appearing immediately. Judging value at week two is judging an unfinished process — and that timing is also why buying a multi-session package on day one is premature.

Patients often ask how the result compares with what they would have got from a different device at the same budget. That comparison only works once you know what each one is actually treating.

I record shots and energy per zone. A year later we can compare the same baseline instead of relying on memory and a phone photo.
