Exosome Korean Price: What 2.5cc, 5cc and the Label Numbers Actually Tell You

The exosome Korean price is something patients now ask me about before almost anything else, usually with a screenshot of a product label showing a very large number. I understand why. But the label number is the least useful thing on that screenshot, and this page explains what I look at instead.

The 5cc option includes MTS microneedling, which is one of the main reasons its price is not simply double the 2.5cc line.

Why label numbers are a poor way to compare

Exosome products are often marketed with particle counts in the billions. The problem is that brands do not all measure or state those counts the same way, so two numbers side by side can look comparable when they are not.

I would rather you ask three plain questions than compare two labels. How much, in cc? How is it delivered into the skin? And who decided that your skin needs it?

What actually moves the price up or down

When exosomes make sense as an add-on

The most common reason I use exosomes is after an energy or microneedling treatment, to support the skin while it recovers. For example, after RF microneedling for pores or scars, which I priced out in my note on Potenza RF microneedling cost in Korea.

Questions to send any clinic before you pay

• Which exosome product do you use, and how many cc is one session?
• Is it applied with microneedling, and how many days of redness should I plan for?
• Is the price before or after VAT, and is it the same for foreign patients?
• Would you recommend exosomes for my skin, or something else?

When I tell people to skip it

• Your main concern is sagging. A lifting device will do more for the same trip.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have active infection or severely inflamed acne in the area.
• You fly home or have important photos the morning after an MTS session.

Bring the screenshot you were comparing. In a free one-to-one consultation I will look at your skin, tell you whether exosomes would help and at what dose, and if they would not, I will say so.
