I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director and lead physician at Delphic Clinic in Gangnam, one minute from Sinnonhyeon Station. I trained at Korea University Medical Center, I am a member of several Korean medical societies including the Korean Filler Society, and my daily work is lifting, laser and anti-ageing care. The salmon DNA injection price is one of the most common things international patients ask us before they even book.
Messages about salmon DNA injection price usually arrive with a screenshot of another quote and the question, why is yours different? That is a fair question, and the answer is rarely just the number. Here I show our two real menu prices, what a full course adds up to, and the details that change any quote, ours included.
The two salmon injection prices on our menu
Our salmon injection is priced per 3cc, and the vial is opened in front of you so you can see what is used. There is a regular price and a first-visit trial price for people treating with us for the first time. These are the real numbers, with no foreigner surcharge.
| Salmon Injection 3cc (Opened in front of patient) | ₩180,000$130 |
| Salmon Injection (First-visit trial) | ₩99,000$70 |
If you are still deciding which kind of salmon DNA booster suits you, my comparison of Korean PDRN salmon injection and Rejuran explains the difference before you look at cost.
One session or a course: how the total really adds up
A salmon DNA booster works on skin quality over time, so one session is a trial rather than a full result. Most plans are a short course, with the number set by your skin and your goal. I would rather you budget for that honestly than be surprised later.
For international patients, the trip shapes the plan. If you can visit only once, a single session plus a realistic expectation is better than squeezing sessions too close together.
Six details that change a salmon DNA quote
What a very low quote may leave out
I will not comment on other clinics' prices, but I can tell you what to check. A low headline price can mean a smaller amount, a vial you never see opened, or a session where you are not told who injects. Sometimes it is simply a fair promotional price, which is why asking matters more than guessing.
Brand and label checks matter too. My post on what I tell patients who ask which Korean PDRN to choose covers what to look for on the box.
Paying less only makes sense when you know exactly what you are paying for.— Dr. Hyunji Kim, Delphic Clinic
When I'd tell you not to spend on it
If your main concern is sagging, a salmon DNA booster will not lift it, and the money is better spent elsewhere. The same goes for deep hollows, active acne flare-ups that need treatment first, or a goal of visible change in a few days.
I also advise against booking it purely because of a trial price if you will not be able to continue. For realistic expectations, my guide to reading Korean PDRN reviews shows what people actually notice and when.

- Is the vial sealed and opened in front of me?

4.7 · 260 Google reviewsI received ONDA lifting and Juvelook Skin treatment at Delpic Clinic. Before the procedure, Dr. K carefully examined my skin condition and explained everything in a kind and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. During the treatment, I could really tell that Dr. K was highly skilled, so I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It’s definitely a clinic I would love to visit again.
I had a really great experience at Delphic Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly in English and didn’t try to oversell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you’re a foreigner looking for a trustworthy place in Korea.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a salmon DNA injection at Delphic?
Our menu lists Salmon Injection 3cc, opened in front of the patient, at a regular price and a lower first-visit trial price. Both are shown in the price table in this post, and Korean and international patients pay the same.
Why do salmon DNA injection prices differ so much between clinics?
Quotes differ by the amount in cc, whether the vial is opened in front of you, who injects, the injection method, numbing and soothing steps, and whether the price is for one session or a course. Compare those details, not just the headline number.
How many salmon DNA sessions do I need?
Skin boosters usually work better as a short course rather than a single session, but the number depends on your skin and goal. I suggest a plan at consultation, and one session can be a reasonable trial.
Is the first-visit trial price for foreigners too?
Yes. The trial price applies to first-time patients, Korean or international, and there is no foreigner surcharge on any of our prices.
Is salmon DNA injection cheaper than Rejuran?
It depends on the product and amount being compared. Rejuran is one brand of salmon-derived booster; I explain how I choose between them in a separate post rather than comparing prices loosely.
