Korea's Viral Lifting Trio: Adhithya's ONDA, Titanium and Fat-Dissolving Review, Read by the Treating Doctor
Adhithya (@curvy_.rider) came to Seoul to try the lifting treatments everyone posts about and left with three in one visit. Here is what each one does, what ₩640,000 covers, and what “immediate results” really means.

Some visitors arrive with a skin problem; others arrive with a list of treatments they've watched on their phone for months. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat our international patients myself. “Which of the viral lifting treatments should I actually get?” comes up in my room nearly every day. Adhithya chose three of them in one visit, so this page walks through why that trio fits together, what the ₩640,000 covers, and who I would steer toward something simpler.

In her own words
Trying the most viral lifting treatments in South Korea! Got Onda 40kJ + Titanium 40kJ + Facial Fat Dissolving Injection: 640,000 KRW (discounted price). Absolutely loved the immediate results! Thankyou ❤️
Three treatments, three different jobs
Viral clips tend to blur these together as “lifting”. In the treatment room they are three separate tools, and the reason they sit well in one appointment is that each works at a different depth.
- 1
ONDA 40kJ — volume under the skin
ONDA uses Coolwaves™ microwaves from DEKA of Italy. The surface stays cool while the heat reaches the fat layer, so I use it where the lower face looks heavy rather than simply loose.
- 2
Titanium 40kJ — the skin itself
Titanium fires 755, 810 and 1064 nm laser wavelengths together to warm the dermis. It is aimed at firmness and skin quality, and many people also notice a brighter tone.
- 3
Fat-dissolving injection — a small pocket
A 3cc facial injection is placed into a specific spot, such as under the chin or along the jaw, where a little stubborn fat spoils the line.
If you want the device detail, I've written about how ONDA tightens skin with microwaves and how I use fat-dissolving injections to slim a jawline.
“Viral” is not a diagnosis — how I check it fits
Adhithya's caption is honest about the starting point: trying the most viral treatments in Korea. That is a perfectly normal reason to walk in, but it is my job to check that the face in front of me actually has the problem these treatments solve.
So before anything is booked, I look at the jawline and lower cheeks from the front and the side, pinch-test where the fullness sits, and ask how the face has changed over the last few years. If the concern turns out to be pigment or texture instead, I'd rather say so than sell a lift.
What “immediate results” really are
Adhithya loved the immediate results, and many people feel the same on the day. Part of that early change is real tightening as heated collagen contracts. Part of it is mild swelling, which settles over the following days.
- Day one: skin feels firmer and the face can look sharper; I ask patients not to judge the final outcome yet.
- Weeks 2–6: as treated tissue remodels and the injected fat is cleared, the jawline tends to look cleaner.
- Around 2–3 months: collagen renewal is still going, so a photo at this stage tells us the most.
- Later: how long it lasts depends on age, skin and weight, and many patients plan maintenance after several months.
Where the ₩640,000 comes from
The figure in the caption is our first-visit menu, line by line. Prices are published and identical for Korean and international patients, so there is no separate tourist list to negotiate.
- ONDA Lifting (Face) 40kj (First-visit trial)₩270,000≈ $200
- Titanium 40KJ (First-visit trial)₩340,000≈ $250
- Face Fat-Dissolving Injection 3cc: DelQ (ACCU)/DelFit (Non-Steroid)₩30,000≈ $20
VAT excluded · the same price for Korean and international patients · regular prices: ONDA face 40kJ ₩400,000, Titanium 40kJ ₩500,000 · your final plan is set at the free consultation.
Higher energy, a larger area or repeat sessions move the total, which is why the plan is confirmed at the consultation. I've laid out what decides the titanium lifting cost in Korea and an area-by-area fat-dissolving price map if you want to budget ahead.
The day after: what to expect and what to avoid
Nobody needs to stay in. After Titanium, a little redness, warmth or tenderness is normal and usually fades within a couple of days. The injected spot can feel slightly swollen or tender, and ONDA usually lets you wear makeup the same day.
Wash with lukewarm water for a few days, skip scrubs and peels, and wear sunscreen. I prefer this isn't booked on your last afternoon in Seoul, so there is still a day for us to see you if something feels off.

We're a short walk from Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam.
Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- You keep saving the same Korean lifting videos and wonder whether they'd suit your face
- Your jawline looks softer in photos than it used to
- A double chin shows up even at a stable weight
- Skincare alone no longer makes your face look lifted
A good fit if
- Your lower face looks full or heavy along the jaw and you want a cleaner line without surgery
- You'd like firmer, brighter skin as well as a change in shape
- There's a small, stubborn pocket of fat under the chin or along the jaw
- You have only a few days in Seoul and want everything in one appointment
Not the right first step if: you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the area, an active skin infection, or your face is already slim and the real concern is sagging skin or pigment.

“Before you book flights around a viral video, send me a photo. I'll tell you honestly whether this trio suits your face or whether one treatment would be enough.”
Questions patients ask me about this
How much is ONDA + Titanium + a fat-dissolving injection in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic the first-visit combination is ₩640,000: ONDA face 40kJ ₩270,000, Titanium 40kJ ₩340,000 and a 3cc facial fat-dissolving injection ₩30,000, VAT excluded. International patients pay the same as Korean patients.
Can ONDA, Titanium and fat-dissolving be done on the same day?
Yes, they are often combined in one visit because each works at a different depth: ONDA on the fat layer, Titanium on the skin, and the injection on a small local pocket. The doctor checks your face first and decides whether all three are needed.
Are the results of Korean lifting treatments immediate?
Many people notice firmer skin on the day, but part of that is mild swelling. The contour change tends to build over several weeks to 2–3 months as collagen renews and treated fat is cleared.
Is there downtime after this lifting combination?
Most patients return to normal plans the same day. Mild redness or warmth for 1–2 days after Titanium is common, and the injection site may be a little tender or swollen for a few days.
Who should not get ONDA and Titanium lifting?
It isn't suitable during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or metal implants in the area, or with an active skin infection. If your face is already slim, a fat-reducing plan may not be the right starting point.
