A Summer Glow-Up in Korea: Jumy's Face-and-Body Plan, and How Her Doctor Sequenced It
Jumy (@jumybear) packed a summer glow-up into one clinic plan: Titanium, ONDA on face and body, Rejuran and fat-dissolving injections. Her doctor explains how a plan this size is ordered, and why most people don't need all of it.

A long list like Jumy's makes some people think more is better. In my experience, a large plan only works when each item has a clear job and the order makes sense. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam; I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat international patients myself. “I want to look good for summer — what should I do?” is a question I hear every spring. Jumy's post, which was a paid collaboration, is a useful example of a full face-and-body plan. Here's how I'd explain it, and how to cut it down to what you actually need.

These procedures are for anyone who wants a glow up for the summer. I got Titanium on face, ONDA on Face & Body, Rejuran, and Fat dissolving injections.
Sorting a long list into three goals
Four treatments sound like a lot, but they fall into three jobs: shape, firmness and skin quality. When I plan a visit like Jumy's, I group them this way first, then decide what's essential and what's optional.

Shape — ONDA and fat-dissolving injections
ONDA's microwaves heat the deeper fat layer with a cooled surface; injections target small, stubborn spots. Together they address contour on the face and body.

Firmness — Titanium
Three wavelengths (755, 810 and 1064nm) warm the dermis. It tightens and many patients notice a brighter tone.

Skin quality — Rejuran
Polynucleotide (PN) injections that support repair of the epidermis and dermis, helping fine lines, pores and hydration balance.
Why the order of treatments matters
Energy devices go before injections on the same area. If Rejuran goes in first, heating that area afterwards isn't ideal. So in a full plan, I usually do lifting first, then skin boosters, and body work can be scheduled around that.
Rejuran leaves small bumps for 1–3 days. If you're travelling, that's the item I'd place where you have a quieter day. My first-timer guide to Rejuran explains what those days look like.
Most people need half of this list
Jumy's plan covers face and body because that's what her content was about. Most visitors I see have one main concern. If your face is your priority, Titanium with or without Rejuran may be enough. If one body area is your concern, ONDA body alone is a reasonable start.
- Firmness and glow on the face → Titanium, or Titanium plus Rejuran.
- A heavy lower face → ONDA face, with injections only if a small spot remains.
- One body area → ONDA body.
- Tired, dry skin without sagging → Rejuran alone.

Timing it before summer
- Lifting: early tightness, with collagen changes building over the following weeks to months.
- Rejuran: small bumps settle in 1–3 days; skin quality tends to improve over the following weeks.
- Contour: fat reduction from ONDA or injections shows gradually.
- So if you want to see the change by a summer date, start a few months ahead, not the week before.

Can I do Titanium, ONDA and Rejuran in the same visit?
Often yes, when the order is planned: energy devices usually come before injections on the same area. The doctor decides the sequence and whether everything is needed after examining you.
How much does a Titanium, ONDA and Rejuran plan cost in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, the typical first-visit version is Titanium 40kJ ₩340,000, ONDA body one area 40kJ ₩270,000 and Rejuran Healer 2cc ₩178,000 — ₩788,000 in total, VAT excluded.
What is the downtime for Rejuran?
Small bumps at the injection points usually settle within 1–3 days. Many visitors schedule a quieter day afterwards.
How far ahead of summer should I book a glow-up?
A few months ahead is sensible, because collagen and contour changes build gradually over weeks to months. Booking the week before leaves little time for results to show.
Do I need all of these treatments?
Most people don't. The doctor usually recommends the smallest plan that addresses your main concern, and adds more only when there's a clear reason.
