Staring at a Korean skin booster injection price list and unsure which line would actually be yours? Read this before you add a booster to your Seoul plans. You'll know what decides the price, what reviews get right and wrong, how the methods differ, and what recovery looks like, so you can tell which booster suits your skin and your budget, or whether you need one at all.
Hello, I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, Director and Lead Physician at Delphic Clinic in Gangnam. I'm a member of the Korean Society for Laser Dermatology & Hair and the Korean Academy of Aesthetic Surgery & Laser Medicine, and “why does this booster cost more than that one?” comes up often in my consultation room.
Our prices are the same for locals and foreigners, with no foreigner surcharge. Interpreters on site mean you can ask about treatments and prices in English, a doctor performs the treatment, and same-day treatment is possible if you're only in Seoul for a few days.
I wrote this because a price per syringe tells you little until you know the product, the cc and the number of sessions behind it, and because some skin doesn't need a booster at all.
The Korean skin booster injection price you end up paying is set by the product, how many cc, which area, how it's delivered and how many sessions your skin needs. On my menu each booster is listed by product and cc, in KRW, with VAT not included.
To see which line applies to you, send one photo of your bare face in daylight on WhatsApp and ask, “Which booster, and how many cc, for skin like this?” A photo without makeup shows the dryness, texture or dullness you'd actually be paying to change.

Which booster on my menu fits your skin?
Boosters are small injections spread across the skin to improve its quality: hydration, fine texture, a tired look. None of them lift sagging or fill a fold. The ones I offer differ in what they're made of and how fast they work.
Rejuran
Rejuran uses polynucleotide (PN) derived from salmon DNA, and my menu describes it as working on the epidermal and dermal layers to help repair skin. It comes as Rejuran Healer for the face and a separate eye version. Thin, crepey skin under the eyes often does better with a booster than with filler, and that's what the eye version is for.
PDRN salmon injection
PDRN is also made from salmon DNA, but in shorter fragments than PN. A 2025 review in Pharmaceutics compares the two as related materials with different molecular sizes. If dry skin is your main reason for looking, the more useful question is whether the dryness sits in the surface barrier, where daily skin care does most of the work, or in skin that has thinned, where a booster has more to offer. I've written more on whether your skin is asking for a salmon injection or Rejuran.
Juvelook Skin
Juvelook works on a different principle: it's a collagen stimulator made with PDLLA, so changes build over weeks. The menu also lists Rejuran and Juvelook Skin together as one combined option.
Exosome ExoHealer
The 5th-generation exosome ExoHealer is listed both as an injection and with MTS, a microneedling delivery, and that choice is part of what changes its price.
Peptide injections come up in the same searches. They aren't on my menu, so I can't speak to them as an option here.
What decides your skin booster cost?
Five things move the figure, and each one comes with a question worth asking before you book.
Comfort can matter too: Rejuran stings more than most boosters, and the menu lists a separate Rejuran line made to be more comfortable, priced as its own option.
The full list sits on Delphic Clinic's English site in KRW, VAT not included, with the same prices for locals and foreigners. Delivery changes the bill for other treatments as well, as with a glutathione shot versus a drip, and area does the same job it does for fat-dissolving injections priced area by area. Ask on WhatsApp what it would cost for your case, and say which concern matters most to you: dryness, texture or a tired look.
What do skin booster reviews get right?
“Rejuran stings and leaves bumps.” True. PN is thicker than most boosters and the small injection bumps show at first; my menu puts Rejuran downtime at about one to three days.
“One session gave me glass skin.” Usually not how it works. Boosters change skin quality gradually, and a systematic review of polynucleotides in aesthetic medicine describes results from treatment courses of several sessions. A glow the next morning is mostly hydration and the pinpoint swelling settling.
“PDRN and Rejuran are the same thing.” Close relatives: both come from salmon DNA, but fragment length differs, which changes how they behave in the skin. “Foreigners pay more.” Not here; our prices are the same for locals and foreigners.
Recovery and your days in Seoul
Say you're 32, in Seoul for five days, with dry, dull skin after a long winter and a few fine lines from screen work. I'd look at your skin first, but a single PN or PDRN session early in the trip makes sense, because the bumps from Rejuran usually settle within a few days. A series won't fit in five days: with a two-to-three-week interval, the second session belongs to a later trip, or isn't needed at all.
On the day, expect small raised bumps where each injection went in, some redness and perhaps pinpoint bruises. Many people wear makeup again the next day, but skip saunas, hard workouts and alcohol for the first day or two. If you'd like several treatments in one visit, the one-day packages are designed so visitors on a tight schedule can finish their key treatments in a single day.
We're open Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 21:00 and Saturday from 10:30 to 17:00, and closed on Sundays, so a weekday evening slot leaves your daytime free.
If you've had boosters before, include which product, how many sessions and when the last one was, along with your arrival and departure dates. Your last-session date and your days in Seoul decide whether a second session can fit, so they're the details worth sending.

Risks and side effects to know with salmon-DNA boosters
The usual temporary reactions are raised bumps, redness, mild swelling, tenderness and small bruises at the injection points, and they typically settle over a few days. How quickly depends on your skin and the amount injected.
Who should wait or skip it: anyone allergic to salmon or fish, or to PN or PDRN products; skin with an infection, an active acne flare or a cold sore in the area; a recent laser treatment or peel (ask about spacing); a current isotretinoin course; pregnancy or breastfeeding; and blood-thinning medication, which makes bruising more likely, though you shouldn't stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
After you fly home, bumps that grow instead of shrinking, redness that spreads, warmth, increasing pain or a fever need a local doctor promptly. The US CDC's medical tourism guidance suggests carrying records of what was done, so keep a note of the product and cc you received.
When should you skip a booster?
If your main concern is sagging along the jaw, a booster won't lift it; that's a question for lifting devices such as Ultherapy or Thermage FLX. If it's brown spots, a booster won't fade them, and pigment needs a laser plan. If your skin is only dehydrated from the flight, a few nights of sleep and moisturizer may be all it needs. And if overall brightness is the goal, read what a glutathione IV drip can and can't do for skin before paying for either.

4.7 · 260 Google reviewsI received ONDA lifting and Juvelook Skin treatment at Delpic Clinic. Before the procedure, Dr. K carefully examined my skin condition and explained everything in a kind and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. During the treatment, I could really tell that Dr. K was highly skilled, so I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It’s definitely a clinic I would love to visit again.
I had a really great experience at Delphic Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly in English and didn’t try to oversell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you’re a foreigner looking for a trustworthy place in Korea.
When you're ready, send one daylight photo of your bare skin and your dates in Seoul on WhatsApp, and ask what it would cost for your case. It starts with a consultation, interpreters are on site in English and Chinese, and we're at Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station. When you come in, a doctor examines your skin and recommends the booster, the amount and the number of sessions that fit it.

Frequently asked questions
Is Rejuran the same as a PDRN salmon injection?
They're related. Both are made from salmon DNA, but Rejuran uses polynucleotide (PN) in longer chains and PDRN uses shorter fragments. They're separate lines on the menu with separate prices.
How many booster sessions will I need?
It depends on the product and your skin. For Rejuran the recommended interval is two to three weeks, so a series usually spans more than one trip; a single session on a short stay is still possible.
Can I combine a booster with other treatments in one day?
Yes. The one-day skin booster packages combine Rejuran Healer with exosome or Juvelook Skin, plus LDM and a modeling pack. Ask on WhatsApp which combination suits your skin.
Is VAT included in the menu price?
No. Menu prices are in KRW and VAT is not included. The same prices apply to locals and foreigners, and your exact figure is confirmed in a consultation.
Do you offer peptide injections for skin?
Peptide injections aren't on my menu. The skin boosters I offer are Rejuran, PDRN salmon injection, Juvelook Skin and exosome ExoHealer.
