The Korean glutathione injection price comes up in messages from abroad several times a week, often as a single line: "how much is the glutathione?" The honest reply is another question, because a shot and a drip are priced very differently for good reasons. This post explains that gap and how I would budget for it.

What sits inside the price: dose, chair time and a doctor's review
- The dose and the product itself.
- Chair time with a nurse checking the drip, which a shot does not need.
- A doctor's review of your health before the first session, which is included.
- For some premium drips, other nutrients mixed into the same bag.
What should not be in the price is a promise of whiter skin. If a quote is justified by how much lighter you will become, that is the part to question.

How many sessions is reasonable to budget for?
One. Then we talk. Some people like how they feel after a drip and come back when they are in Seoul again; others decide once was enough. Neither is wrong, and neither is something I can predict before the first session.
If someone offers you a ten-session bundle before examining you, the bundle is designed for the clinic's calendar, not your skin.

Where I'd put the money instead

Who I would not give a glutathione drip to
- Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with a known allergy to any of the ingredients.
- Patients with medical conditions or medications that need their own doctor's input first.
- Anyone expecting a certain change in skin colour. That expectation is the one I will not sell to.

What is the Korean glutathione injection price?
It depends on whether you choose a short intramuscular shot or a premium IV drip. The shot sits at the lower end of the menu and the drip at the higher end. Our current prices are shown on this page, and they are the same for international and Korean patients.
Why is a glutathione IV drip more expensive than a shot?
A drip usually involves a larger volume, a longer time in the chair with monitoring, and often other ingredients in the same bag. A shot is quick and simple.
How many glutathione sessions should I budget for?
I prefer to start with one and see how you feel before planning more. I do not recommend prepaying for a long course, especially on a short trip.
Will a glutathione injection lighten my skin?
I do not promise a lighter skin tone. If pigment or uneven tone is your concern, a targeted laser plan does the real work, and a drip is only an optional addition.
