Thermage cost comes up in nearly every lifting consultation I have with an international patient, usually as "I was quoted this at home, what do you charge?" The two numbers are rarely for the same thing. This page takes the price apart into shots, area and time, so you can compare any two quotes honestly.
Three numbers hidden inside every Thermage cost
How Korean patients fold Thermage into their routine is the subject of my guide to Korean Thermage, and I won't repeat it here. For the price itself, three numbers matter: how many shots, on which area, and how often you plan to repeat.
- Shots: each pulse of the tip is a shot. A full face at Delphic is 600 shots.
- Area: face and eyes use different tips and are priced as different treatments.
- Time: a single Thermage session is one price; a habit of repeating it is a yearly budget.

Most people who ask about Thermage want the face line. Eye Thermage is for crepey, hooded or loose upper-lid and under-eye skin, and it is a separate treatment. If your eyes are your main concern, the 225-shot eye treatment may be all you need; if you are treating both, I plan them as two lines, not one inflated one.
Thermage cost spread over a year
Thermage delivers RF heat into the deeper skin, contracting existing collagen and prompting new collagen to form, so the firming builds gradually rather than overnight. Because the effect settles over months, many regular patients think of it as periodic maintenance rather than a one-time rescue.
That changes the question from "how much is one session?" to "what does it cost me per year?" A full-face session at the regular price, repeated whenever your firmness starts to fade, is a very different budget from a trial price you take once and never return to. Neither is wrong. Just know which one you are planning.
A cheaper quote: four explanations to rule out

Your home quote versus a Seoul quote: a like-for-like sheet
Copy these lines into a note and fill in one column for each clinic. It is the only way I know to compare Thermage cost honestly across countries.
- Device name and generation: Thermage FLX, or something else?
- Area: full face, eyes, or both?
- Shot count for each area
- Price for this session, and price for the next one
- Who performs the treatment: a doctor, or someone else?
- Travel cost to reach the clinic, if it is abroad

When I would tell you to spend the money elsewhere
- Your main concern is deep sagging along the jaw rather than loose, crepey skin. A deeper lifting approach may suit you better.
- You have lost a lot of facial volume. Tightening hollow skin can make it look more hollow; volume comes first.
- You are flying in only for Thermage and would do it once. The travel may outweigh the saving.
- You are hoping for a surgical facelift result. Thermage firms and tightens gradually; it does not replace surgery.

How much does Thermage cost?
It depends on the area and shot count. At Delphic, full-face Thermage FLX is 600 shots, and eye Thermage FLX comes in 225 or 450 shots, each with its own published price and a first-visit trial price. The table on this page shows the current prices.
Why is one Thermage quote so much cheaper than another?
Usually because the shot count or area is smaller, the price is a one-off trial, or the tip or device is not what you assume. Ask for the shot count, the area and confirmation that the device and tip are genuine before comparing.
Is eye Thermage included in a full-face Thermage cost?
Not usually. Eye Thermage uses its own tip and is priced as a separate treatment, in 225 or 450 shots. I will tell you whether your eyes need it or whether the face treatment is enough.
How often do people repeat Thermage?
Many Korean patients treat Thermage as periodic maintenance rather than a one-off. How often suits you depends on your skin, and I would rather you judge it from your own result than a fixed schedule.
Do international patients pay more for Thermage in Korea?
Not at Delphic. International patients pay the same price as Korean patients.
