A Lifting & Contouring Package in Seoul Under ₩700,000: Yaas's Visit, Step by Step From Her Doctor
Yaas (@im._yaas) combined lifting and contouring in one Gangnam visit and kept the bill under ₩700,000. Her doctor breaks down what each step does, what it costs on the menu, and who should not book the same package.

Patients often open their first message to us with a number rather than a treatment: “What can I get for about ₩700,000?” I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam. I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat international patients myself, usually on tight travel schedules. Yaas came with exactly that kind of budget and one goal — a lifted look in a single session. This page walks through what each step of her package does, what the menu says it costs, and when I would tell someone to skip a step.

In her own words
a lifted look in Seoul in just 1 session 🤍 … ONDA 40 + Titanium 40 + Facial Fat-Dissolving Injection + Skin Botox for under 700,000 KRW ($510 USD). they were so kind & provided 1:1 professional english translation so I felt completely at ease 🤍 … the doctor completely tailored the laser intensity just for my face shape … I went straight back to my day, and am so happy with the results a few days later!
She came with a budget and one sentence
Yaas's brief was simple: look lifted, in one session, and go straight back to her day. A budget like hers is useful to me, because it forces us to rank the concerns instead of stacking every device on the face.
We began with the 3D skin scan, and she left with a QR code so she could look at her own results again at home. Then we talked. Her face did not need volume or a new skin texture first; it needed a firmer surface and a cleaner line from the ear to the chin.
Three core steps, and what each one is responsible for
- 1
ONDA 40kJ — the deeper layer
ONDA uses Coolwaves™ microwaves from DEKA in Italy. The skin surface stays cool while heat reaches the deeper fat layer, which is why I use it where a face looks heavy rather than simply loose.
- 2
Titanium 40kJ — the skin itself
Titanium fires 755, 810 and 1064 nm wavelengths together to warm the dermis. It is my firming step, and many patients also notice a brighter tone.
- 3
Face contour injection — small, precise areas
A 3cc fat-dissolving injection treats the little pockets a device can't sculpt as neatly, such as just under the jawline.
If you want the device background, I've explained how ONDA tightens skin with microwaves and what I tell first-timers about titanium lifting.
“Tailored to my face shape” — what that means in the room
Yaas noticed that I changed the laser intensity for her face, and that is the part of a package that a price list can't show. The same 40kJ can be spread evenly or concentrated where the jawline softens. I map that before the first pulse and adjust it area by area.
Neither device needs anaesthetic injections. ONDA is felt as deep warmth with a cool surface, and Titanium's sapphire tip cools the skin to around −3°C. The injections are quick, but you will feel them. I check in throughout, and you can ask me to pause at any time.
How the bill stays under ₩700,000
Our prices are public, and international patients pay the same as Korean patients. The three listed lines of her package, at first-visit prices, look like this:
- ONDA Lifting (Face) 40kj (First-visit trial)₩270,000≈ $200
- Titanium 40KJ (First-visit trial)₩340,000≈ $250
- Face Fat-Dissolving Injection 3cc: DelQ (ACCU)/DelFit (Non-Steroid)₩30,000≈ $20
VAT excluded · the same price for Korean and international patients · regular prices: ONDA face 40kJ ₩400,000, Titanium 40kJ ₩500,000 · a small add-on injection, quoted at the consultation · your final plan is confirmed at the free consultation.
Her fourth step was a small add-on injection, quoted at the consultation; that is how her total stayed under her ₩700,000 figure. Repeat sessions follow the regular menu. For a wider view, read what decides the titanium lifting cost in Korea and how to build an ONDA trip budget.
A few days later, and the weeks after
- Same day: the face often feels tighter. Some of that is early collagen contraction and some is mild swelling.
- A few days in: this is when Yaas wrote that she was happy. Swelling has settled, so what you see is closer to the real change.
- Weeks 2–6: as tissue remodels, the line along the jaw tends to look cleaner.
- Months 2–3: collagen renewal continues, and a follow-up photo is most informative now.

Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- Your jawline photographs softer than it used to
- Your lower face looks full even though your weight is stable
- You've had one lifting device before and wanted more contour
- You have a fixed budget and want it spent on the steps that matter for your face
A good fit if
- You want a lifted look and a cleaner jawline and have only one session to do it
- You'd like device lifting and small-area contouring decided together, under one budget
- Your concern is shape and firmness rather than pigment or acne
- You want the doctor to adjust intensity to your face rather than run a fixed setting
Not the right first step if: you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area, an active skin infection, or a very slim face with little fat to reduce — in that case adding fat-dissolving steps can make the face look tired.

“Send me a front and side photo before your trip. I'll tell you honestly whether you need the full package or only part of it.”
Questions patients ask me about this
How much is an ONDA and Titanium lifting package in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, ONDA face 40kJ plus Titanium 40kJ is ₩610,000 at first-visit prices (VAT excluded). Adding a 3cc face fat-dissolving injection brings it to ₩640,000. International patients pay the same prices as Korean patients.
Can you do ONDA, Titanium and fat-dissolving injections in one visit?
Yes, if the consultation shows they suit you. The devices work on different layers and the injection treats small pockets of fat, so they can be done back to back. The doctor decides the energy and the areas for each step.
Is there downtime after a lifting and contouring package?
Most people return to their day straight away. Mild redness or warmth for 1–2 days after Titanium is common, and small injection marks or swelling can appear. Avoid booking it on your last afternoon in Seoul.
Do clinics in Gangnam offer English translation during treatment?
At Delphic Clinic, English and Chinese interpreters are on site, and the consultation is 1:1 with the doctor. You can ask questions at every step before anything is done.
When do you see results from ONDA and Titanium?
Many people feel firmer skin soon after, and early swelling settles within a few days. Contour and firmness tend to build over several weeks to 2–3 months. How long it lasts depends on age, skin and weight stability.
