The first week: what people usually notice, and what they don't
The feedback I hear most often is about feeling rested after sitting quietly with a drip, which is real but not a skin change. Some patients feel their skin looks a little brighter. Others notice nothing, and I tell them beforehand that this is a normal outcome too.
What I do not see is spots disappearing or a whole new skin tone. When patients want that, we talk about the cause of their pigment instead.

Health checks before your first drip
Before any IV session, a doctor asks about pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, current medications and medical history. This is not paperwork for the sake of it. It is the step that decides whether a drip is appropriate at all.

Patients I don't give glutathione to
- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
- Anyone with a known allergy to the ingredients.
- People whose conditions or medications need their own doctor's clearance first.
- Patients who have decided a drip will change their skin colour. I would rather disappoint that hope now than after they have paid.
