I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director and lead physician at Delphic Clinic in Gangnam. I came to aesthetic medicine from Korea University Medical Center and I am a member of the Korean Academy of Aesthetic Surgery & Laser Medicine, the Korean Society for Laser Dermatology & Hair and the Korean Filler Society. My focus is lifting, laser and anti-ageing care, much of it for patients who travel to Seoul.
Korean treatment price is the question that arrives before almost every overseas consultation, often with three clinics' price lists attached. I get it several times a day, and the confusion is rarely about the number itself. It is about what the number means. This post teaches you to read a Korean price list so that your comparison is fair.
Before the numbers: pick the treatment by concern
A price list only helps once you know which line to read. If you have not decided yet, start with my first-visit chooser for Korean skin treatment, which matches common concerns to one of four treatments. Everything below assumes you know roughly what you want.
Trial, event and regular: three prices for one treatment
None of these is a trick in itself. The problem starts when a quote mixes them up, for example showing a trial price in an advert and a regular price at the desk. Ask the clinic to name the label in writing.
Shots, cc and sessions: the units that change the math
- Lifting such as Ultherapy is priced by shots. A lower price with fewer shots is not cheaper, it is less.
- Injectables such as Rejuran are priced by cc. Ask how many cc will actually be used on your face.
- Lasers and peels such as PicoSure Toning and Aqua Peel are priced by session. Ask how many sessions are realistic for your concern.
Four common treatments, with our real menu prices

| Ultherapy Prime 100 shots | ₩450,000$330 |
For how shot counts are chosen and how to compare Ultherapy quotes, see my Ultherapy price guide for Korea.

| Rejuran S 1cc (Event price) | ₩169,000$120 |

Rejuran has several versions on one menu, which confuses many people. I untangle them in what Rejuran really costs in Korea.

A quote comparison sheet you can copy
Fill in one row per clinic. If a clinic cannot answer a column, that is an answer too.
When a low number should make you pause
A low price is fine when the unit, product and practitioner match. It is a warning when any of them is vague. If a clinic will not tell you the device name or the amount before you pay, I would walk away.
A fair price is one you can understand before you lie down.— Dr. Hyunji Kim, Delphic Clinic
Who should not plan a trip around price alone
If you need several sessions spaced weeks apart, a single short trip will not deliver the result even at a good price. The same is true if you are unsure what you want treated. In both cases, a consultation first and a treatment plan second will save more money than any discount.
Verified Google reviews
4.7 · 260 Google reviewsI received ONDA lifting and Juvelook Skin treatment at Delpic Clinic. Before the procedure, Dr. K carefully examined my skin condition and explained everything in a kind and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. During the treatment, I could really tell that Dr. K was highly skilled, so I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It’s definitely a clinic I would love to visit again.
I had a really great experience at Delphic Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly in English and didn’t try to oversell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you’re a foreigner looking for a trustworthy place in Korea.
Send me the quotes you have collected, and I will tell you how ours compares, line by line. In a free one-to-one consultation I will look at your skin and tell you plainly what is worth doing and what is not. English and Chinese interpreters are on site, international patients pay the same price as Korean patients, and we are one minute from Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station.

Frequently asked questions
Why does one treatment have several prices at a Korean clinic?
Many Korean clinics list a first-visit trial price, an event price and a regular price for the same treatment. They differ by conditions such as it being your first visit, or a limited promotion. Ask which one applies to you before treatment.
Do foreigners pay a different Korean treatment price?
At Delphic, no. International patients pay exactly what Korean patients pay, and the price is confirmed before treatment.
How should I compare Korean treatment prices between clinics?
Compare the same unit: shots for lifting, cc for injectables, sessions for lasers and peels. Also check which device or product is used and who performs the treatment.
Is the cheapest Korean clinic a good choice?
Sometimes, but a very low price can mean fewer shots, a smaller volume, a different device or a treatment done by someone other than a doctor. Ask exactly what is included.
Can I get a treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes. After a doctor examines you and you agree on a plan and price, same-day treatment is possible for many treatments.
