Thermage FLX 600 shots price Korea looks like one number to look up, but will your skin respond enough to justify it? Read this before you compare quotes. You'll know what results to expect and when, which risks the threads get right, how the methods differ and what moves the cost, so you can tell whether it fits your face and your budget.
Hello, I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, Director and Lead Physician at Delphic Clinic, where my specialty is lifting, laser and anti-aging. I'm a member of the Korean Society for Laser Dermatology & Hair.
We have Thermage FLX with a genuine device and tips, alongside Ulthera, Onda and Titanium, so the conversation doesn't have to end at one machine. Korean and international patients pay the same price, and English and Chinese interpreters are on site.
I wrote this because the price lists and the "ruined my face" threads leave out the same thing: what kind of face was treated.
Thermage FLX is a monopolar radiofrequency treatment that heats the deeper skin to tighten collagen and prompt new collagen. It tends to suit mild to moderate looseness where some facial fullness remains. It can't lift heavy sagging, whatever the shot count.
If you're not sure which group you're in, send a barefaced photo from the front in daylight on WhatsApp, and ask whether your looseness is in the skin or lower down.

What are 600 shots doing in your skin?
A shot is one pulse of radiofrequency energy delivered through the tip. A review in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine describes heat breaking collagen crosslinks at about 65°C, which leaves the fibers shorter and thicker. The same heat works as a controlled injury, and the wound-healing response leads to new collagen. Six hundred is simply how many of those pulses you're buying, so what matters to your result is whether your skin has the collagen and structure to respond.
The review also notes that radiofrequency energy isn't absorbed by melanin, so it can be used across skin types. If you want the session itself explained, my first-timer guide to Thermage covers it.
What changes on the day, and what takes months?
The same review reports immediate tightening, with new collagen starting within days and healing continuing for 2 to 6 months. So a mirror check on day one tells you little. The change that matters tends to arrive gradually, and it is usually modest: firmer skin and a slightly cleaner jawline, without the shift a facelift makes.
Age matters too. The review reports benefit for people in their 40s and 50s, while a small study it cites found its non-responders among people over 62. The authors also call the evidence on early treatment preliminary and limited, with small studies, many funded by manufacturers.
Which suits your face pattern: Thermage, Ultherapy or neither?
Here's the logic I use for matching a face to a method. It's a starting point, and an exam can change it.
For Ulthera vs Thermage, the plainest difference is depth and energy: ultrasound targets the deeper SMAS layer, and radiofrequency heats the skin more broadly. Some faces have both problems, and our one-day lifting packages include a combination of Ultherapy Prime 600 shots with Thermage FLX 600 shots. That is more treatment, so I'd want a clear reason for it.
Say you're 54, your cheeks still have fullness, and your jawline has softened over five years. I'd consider Thermage FLX a reasonable discussion. Now say you're 54 with a narrow face and cheeks that have already hollowed. The real cause there is lost support, so I'd talk about that first. Heat would be low on my list, and if neither option would help, I'd tell you so.
Can your days in Seoul stay short?
Our treatment page lists same-day return for Thermage FLX, and same-day treatment is possible here. We're open until 21:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Directions from Sinnonhyeon Exit 3 are on Delphic Clinic's English homepage, and because the change develops over months, you won't see the full result during the trip.
What moves your Thermage FLX 600 shots price Korea figure?
Five things decide the cost for you:
- Area and shot count. 600 shots and the eye options are separate menu items.
- What you combine it with. A one-day package is priced as its own item.
- Tax. Our menu prices exclude VAT, so ask whether any figure you're given includes it.
- Whether Thermage is the right device. A different method changes the whole calculation.
- Your trip. Flights and nights add to the total, even when the treatment takes one day.
When you're comparing, these questions make quotes easier to read:
- How many shots, and on which areas?
- Is the tip genuine, and can I see the shot count?
- Who performs the treatment?
- Does the figure include VAT?
- What would you do if my skin isn't suited to this?
Our Thermage cost guide and what goes into a Thermage quote in Korea go deeper on value. For your own figure, ask on WhatsApp what 600 shots would cost for your case, and attach a photo.
Could Thermage ruin my face? What the threads get right
The claim I hear about most is sudden hollowing or fat loss. It's hard to prove or dismiss from a thread, because faces also change with age and weight, and a poor match can leave a thin face looking thinner. The published series below did record a slight cheek depression, in one patient. I take the fear seriously, and it's a main reason I'm careful with heat on already hollow faces.
The claim that more shots mean more lift is weak. Shot count can't replace the structure your face has lost. The claim that one session makes you look years younger overnight doesn't fit the biology either, since collagen changes take months. Our post on reading Thermage reviews has more on this.
Risks and side effects to know
The common reactions are short-lived. A retrospective review of over 600 treatments found redness and swelling lasting under 24 hours were the usual immediate effects, and other temporary side effects occurred in 2.7% of treatments. Those included swelling for up to a week, small bumps, a superficial crust and neck tenderness lasting up to three weeks. That series came from one center and dates from 2002 to 2006, on earlier equipment, so read it as background. The experience varies from person to person.
You should generally skip or delay it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have an infection or open skin at the site. It's also a poor fit if you have heavy sagging or expect a surgical result. If you've recently had filler, threads or another energy treatment, tell your doctor first. Some people don't need to come at all: mild changes you aren't bothered by can simply be left alone.
If you notice a blister, a burn, a growing dent or pain that worsens after flying home, see a dermatologist promptly and bring your treatment record. The CDC's medical tourism guidance advises planning follow-up care at home before you go, so identify that doctor in advance.

4.7 · 260 Google reviewsI received ONDA lifting and Juvelook Skin treatment at Delpic Clinic. Before the procedure, Dr. K carefully examined my skin condition and explained everything in a kind and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. During the treatment, I could really tell that Dr. K was highly skilled, so I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It’s definitely a clinic I would love to visit again.
I had a really great experience at Delphic Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly in English and didn’t try to oversell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you’re a foreigner looking for a trustworthy place in Korea.
If hollowing is your main fear, add a side-angle photo on WhatsApp and a line about any weight change in the past year, then ask whether heat is a sensible idea for your cheeks.

What is the question you came here with?
Send one photo on WhatsApp and ask what you'd most like settled: does this face suit 600 shots, or something else? When you come in, the doctor examines your skin and recommends the treatment that fits it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Thermage FLX hurt?
Most people describe pulses of deep heat, and the sensation tends to be stronger over bony areas. Tolerance differs, so tell the doctor during the treatment if a pass feels too hot.
How long do Thermage results last?
No fixed period applies to everyone, because aging continues and skin responds differently. Collagen remodeling continues for months after treatment, so treat any specific duration you read online with caution.
Can I have Thermage if I already have filler?
Often the two can be planned together, but timing and placement matter. Tell your doctor which product you had, where it went and when.
Is Thermage FLX approved by the FDA?
The Thermage FLX System has FDA 510(k) clearance. Clearance covers specific indications for that device, and it doesn't predict your individual result.
Am I too old for Thermage at 60?
Age alone doesn't settle it. Results may be less predictable in older skin, and how much sagging you have matters more, so a photo of your jawline from the side is a useful thing to ask about.
