Glow and Contour in One Visit: Maansi's ONDA + Titanium Combo in Seoul, With a Doctor's Reality Check on “Zero Downtime”
Maansi (@browngirlsings), who lives in Korea, tried the ONDA + Titanium lifting combo for that glowing, sculpted look. Here is which device does the glow, which does the shape, and what the downtime is really like.

Glowing and sculpted are two different requests, even though they usually arrive in the same sentence. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic by Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam. I trained at Korea University Medical Center and consult and treat our international patients — including many who, like Maansi, live in Korea — myself. Patients ask me nearly every day for “the idol combo” without knowing which part does what. This page splits Maansi's ONDA + Titanium session into the glow half and the shape half, looks honestly at the “zero downtime” hashtag, and lists the price and who should choose something else.

In her own words
Have you ever wondered how Kpop idols have this glowing skin and sculpted look? Watch this video and save it if you also want to achieve it!
Which half of the combo does the glow, and which does the shape
Titanium is the glow half. It sends three laser wavelengths — 755, 810 and 1064 nm — into the dermis at once. Its main purpose is firmness, but many patients notice their tone looks brighter, and that's the effect people call glowing.
ONDA is the shape half. Its Coolwaves microwaves heat the deeper fat layer while keeping the skin cool, which is why I use it for a lower face that looks heavy along the jaw or under the chin. One works on how the skin looks, the other on the contour beneath it.
If you want to understand each device on its own first, there's a guide on how titanium lifting firms and brightens skin, and another on how ONDA tightens skin with microwaves.
“Zero downtime”: what that hashtag leaves out
Maansi tagged the video with zero downtime, and in the practical sense that is fair: you can walk out, eat, go back to work. ONDA usually settles the same day and makeup is fine.
Titanium is slightly different. For a day or two there can be redness, warmth, and occasionally tenderness or a small bruise. It isn't something that keeps people at home, but I'd rather you know before an important photo or meeting than be surprised.
- Wash with lukewarm water for about three days after Titanium.
- Sunscreen daily, and avoid direct sun where you can.
- No scrubs or peeling products for several days.
- Avoid saunas and very hot showers right after.
An advantage of living in Korea: you can follow up
Most of my international patients have a few days in Seoul. Residents like Maansi have more options. We can start with one session, check the result over the following weeks, and adjust energy or areas next time rather than doing everything at once.
Titanium can be repeated every 2–8 weeks depending on the goal, and contour changes from ONDA tend to become clearer over weeks to 2–3 months. That rhythm is easier to follow when you live nearby.
What the combo costs
We publish our prices, and locals and international patients pay the same. The caption doesn't mention energy levels or a price, so this is the menu price for the usual first-visit version:
- ONDA Lifting (Face) 40kj (First-visit trial)₩270,000≈ $200
- Titanium 40KJ (First-visit trial)₩340,000≈ $250
VAT excluded · identical for Korean and international patients · regular prices: ONDA face 40kJ ₩400,000, Titanium 40kJ ₩500,000. Energy and areas are confirmed at the free consultation.
If budget is a concern, starting with one device is reasonable. There's an ONDA budget calculator if you want to see how the numbers change.

Is this for you?
Who this combination genuinely suits
Signs it may be time
- Your skin looks tired even with a good routine
- Your jawline looks softer in photos than it used to
- You want two concerns addressed in one appointment
- You can't take days off for recovery
A good fit if
- You want brighter, firmer-looking skin and a cleaner lower-face contour
- Your lower face looks heavy along the jaw
- You prefer non-surgical treatments with a short recovery
- You live in Korea or can return for follow-up sessions
Not the right first step if: you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the area, have an active skin infection, or your main concern is acne or deep pigment rather than firmness and contour.

“If you live in Korea, come in for a consultation; if you're abroad, send me a photo first. I'll tell you whether you need both devices or whether one would do.”
Questions patients ask me about this
Does titanium lifting make skin glow?
Titanium lifting mainly targets firmness, but many patients notice brighter-looking skin as well. It uses three laser wavelengths together on the dermis.
How much is the ONDA + Titanium combo in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic, ONDA face 40kJ is ₩270,000 and Titanium 40kJ is ₩340,000 at first-visit prices, ₩610,000 together, VAT excluded. Regular prices are ₩400,000 and ₩500,000.
Is ONDA + Titanium really zero downtime?
You can return to daily activities the same day. After Titanium, redness, warmth or occasional tenderness can last a day or two, so avoid booking it right before an important event.
How often can I repeat Titanium lifting?
Titanium is usually repeated every 2–8 weeks depending on the goal. The doctor sets the interval based on how your skin responds.
Do I need both ONDA and Titanium?
Not always. Titanium focuses on skin firmness and tone, ONDA on deeper fat and contour. If you only have one concern, one device may be enough.
