One-Day V-Line Lifting in Korea: Berita Korea's 3-in-1 Combo, and What the Doctor Says About “Instant”

“I want the V-line I see on K-pop stars” is a sentence I hear from visitors almost every week, often with a screenshot attached. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic in Sinnonhyeon, Gangnam. I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat international patients myself. What actually makes a V-line

A V-line is the clean taper from the cheek down to the chin. It disappears for three reasons: fat along the lower face, skin that has loosened, or a jaw shape set by bone and muscle. Devices and injections can help the first two; they can't change bone.

That's why the day started with the Mark-Vu scan and a consultation, not a machine. The scan maps skin condition; the consultation is where I look at fat, laxity and structure together.

“Instant” — what's real on day one and what comes later

• Day one: skin often feels tighter after Titanium, and the face can look sharper. Part of this is early collagen contraction, part is swelling.
• First days: the injected area can be swollen or tender, which may hide the change at first.
• Weeks 2–6: as fat reduces and tissue remodels, the jawline tends to look cleaner.
• Months 2–3: collagen renewal continues; this is when I like to see a follow-up photo.

So the instant part is real, but it isn't the whole result. I'd rather you know that before you post a day-one photo.
