The creator behind @sukajalansukareview came to fix an undefined jawline in a single day: AI skin scan, consultation, then ONDA, Titanium and fat-dissolving shots. Here is what one day can and can't do.

“One day” is the phrase that brings many visitors to my door, because a Seoul trip is short and nobody wants to spend it recovering. I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, director of Delphic Clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam; I trained at Korea University Medical Center, and I consult and treat international patients myself. The day, in the order it happened

Mark-Vu AI scan
The scan photographs the skin under different lights and maps what a mirror hides. It gives the consultation something objective to start from.

Consultation with the doctor
I look at the jaw from the front and side and work out why it reads as undefined: fullness, loosening, a small fat pocket, or a mix.

Three treatments, one sitting
ONDA for fullness, Titanium for skin firmness and a fat-dissolving shot for a stubborn pocket, done back to back.

What one day can do — and what it can't
One day is enough to do the treatments. It isn't enough to see the full result. The tighter look on the day comes partly from collagen contraction and partly from mild swelling, and the contour keeps changing over the following weeks.
- Same day: firmer feel and a sharper look in photos for many people.
- Weeks 2–6: as treated fat is cleared and tissue remodels, the jawline tends to look cleaner.
- Around 2–3 months: the most honest time to compare photos.
- After that: weight stability and maintenance decide how long it holds.

“Doesn't hurt at all” — a gentler version
I'm glad the experience was comfortable, and many people do find it easy. But pain tolerance differs, and I don't want anyone with a low threshold to arrive expecting nothing.
ONDA keeps the surface cool while the deeper layer warms. Titanium's sapphire tip cools the skin to about −3°C, so most people feel warm pulses. The fat-dissolving shot is a brief sting. No anaesthetic injections are needed, and I adjust the energy if anything feels too strong.
The ₩990,000 in the caption, and today's menu
The caption quotes a one-day package at ₩990,000. Packages are set to each face at the consultation, so I can't break that figure down line by line. Here is our current first-visit menu for the same three treatments:

Can you get a V-line in one day in Korea?
The treatments can be done in one visit, but the full result develops over several weeks to 2–3 months. The look on the day is partly early tightening and partly mild swelling.
How much is a one-day V-line package in Korea?
At Delphic Clinic the current first-visit menu for ONDA face 40kJ (₩270,000), Titanium 40kJ (₩340,000) and a 3cc facial fat-dissolving injection (₩30,000) totals ₩640,000, VAT excluded. Packages with higher energy or volume cost more and are set at the consultation.
Does ONDA + Titanium + fat-dissolving hurt?
Most people feel warmth and brief stings rather than strong pain. ONDA cools the surface, Titanium's tip cools to about −3°C, and the doctor adjusts energy as needed, though tolerance differs between people.
What is the Mark-Vu AI skin scan?
It photographs the skin under different light settings to map pigment, texture, pores and hydration. The doctor uses it alongside the in-person consultation to plan treatment.
Is Delphic Clinic close to Gangnam Station?
Yes. It's a short walk from Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station and also walkable from Gangnam Station.
