Rejuran Korea Review: The Three Complaints I Hear Most, and What Actually Sits Behind Each One

Rejuran is our signature treatment, so I read a lot of Rejuran Korea review posts that patients send me.

Nearly every week someone tells me, "I read a Rejuran Korea review that scared me off." When I ask what it said, it is almost always one of three things: it hurt, the bumps were awful, or nothing changed. This page takes each complaint seriously and explains what usually sits behind it.

Complaint one: "It hurt more than I expected"

This one is fair. Hand-injected Rejuran places polynucleotide, a material derived from salmon DNA, across the face in many small injections. Numbing helps, but some areas feel sharper than others.

Painless Rejuran was developed to reduce that discomfort, and it is a separate menu option at Delphic. When a review complains about pain, I check which version the reviewer had, because the two experiences are not the same.

Complaint two: "My face was covered in bumps"

The small raised bumps are where the product sits under the skin, and they are part of the treatment rather than a sign that something went wrong. Recovery is usually one to three days, and the bumps flatten as the product settles.

The bumps are a scheduling issue, not a safety one, which is why I care about when you book. Spreading redness, heat or pain that gets worse instead of better is different, and should be checked by the clinic that treated you.

Complaint three: "I couldn't tell if it worked"

Rejuran supports the skin's own repair over time, which shows as finer texture, better hydration and skin that looks less tired. That kind of change is gradual, and it rarely shows in a review written a few days after one session.

Plan your photos and social days around the bumps

Use this to place Rejuran in your Seoul itinerary. It assumes the usual one to three days of recovery; your own skin may settle sooner or later.

Rejuran I would talk you out of

• If your main concern is sagging along the jaw: Rejuran improves skin quality, not lift, and a lifting treatment fits better.
• If you need to look camera-ready tomorrow: book it after the event, not before.
• If there is active acne or inflammation in the area: we calm the skin first.
• If you can only come once and want a dramatic change: a single session will not deliver that, and I would rather say so now.
