Korea Rejuran Healer procedure steps in order: if your skin has reacted badly to treatments before, what actually happens between walking in and walking out, and which step deserves your attention? If you're nervous about the needle part and your flight is already booked, keep the step table below open on your phone. It sets out the order from consultation to second session, what each step feels like, why the bumps afterwards are expected, and what you can prepare before you fly.
Hello, I'm Dr. Hyunji Kim, Director · Lead Physician at Delphic Clinic in Gangnam. My background is Korea University Medical Center, and I'm a member of the Korean Society for Laser Dermatology & Hair.
Rejuran Healer is on our skin-booster menu, and we also offer a comfort-focused Rejuran line; on that menu, the listed downtime is about one to three days and the recommended interval between sessions is two to three weeks. Foreigners pay the same price as locals, and a medical interpreter for your language comes at no extra charge, so you can ask about every step before it happens.
If your skin has flared after a treatment before, send a daylight photo of your face on WhatsApp with a note of what it reacted to, and ask whether Rejuran Healer fits your skin as it is now.

The belief that the injection is the whole procedure
Rejuran is made from polynucleotide (PN) derived from salmon DNA. Reviews of polynucleotides in aesthetic medicine describe them as supporting tissue repair, hydration and skin elasticity, with improvements usually reported over a series of sessions rather than after a single one. In other words, the product works slowly, through the skin's own repair response.
That changes how to think about the visit. If the effect builds over weeks, then what matters most is whether your skin is in a calm state to receive it, whether the depth and amount suit your skin, and whether the next session is timed well. Those are decided in the steps around the needle. I go into the product itself in how I use Rejuran Healer to rebuild skin from the inside.
What happens at each step, in order?
When people search “Korea rejuran healer procedure steps in order”, this is the general sequence they're after. Details shift from clinic to clinic, but the order rarely does.
For reactive skin, steps 1, 3 and 6 are the ones to talk through. The consultation is where a flare, a recent laser or a medicine like isotretinoin comes up. Numbing cream and antiseptic are both products sitting on your skin for a while, and sensitive skin can respond to either. The soothing step is where your skin starts settling before you walk out.
Does numbing mean you'll feel nothing?
No. Numbing cream dulls the surface, but you'll still feel pressure and small pricks, and some areas are more sensitive than others: near the bone, around the eyes and on the forehead the sensation is usually sharper. Most people describe it as uncomfortable rather than painful, though tolerance differs a lot.
If comfort is your biggest concern, ask about the comfort-focused Rejuran line on our menu. Discomfort is one of the points I cover in the three Rejuran complaints I hear most, and what sits behind each, along with the bumps and the wait for results.
Why the bumps after the injections are expected
The small raised bumps that appear during step 5 are the product sitting in the upper skin, placed shallowly on purpose. They're a sign the product went where it was meant to, not a reaction. For most people they flatten over one to three days, and pinpoint bruises, if any, fade over several days.
Reactive skin may stay pink a little longer than average. That's one reason I'd put Rejuran Healer early in a trip: if your skin settles slowly, you still have days in hand before you fly or before a dinner where you want to look like yourself.
If you have a date when you need to look presentable, send it with your flight dates on WhatsApp and ask how many days before it the treatment should go.

Is one session enough?
For most goals, no. Polynucleotide treatments are usually planned as a series, and the published reviews report their improvements after several sessions. On our comfort-focused line, the recommended interval is two to three weeks, so a trip of three weeks or more can fit two sessions. On a shorter trip, the next one happens at home or on your next visit, which is why the record from step 7 matters.
If your main concern is depressed acne scarring rather than overall skin quality, a different approach often fits better; I've written about what Rejuran S can do for depressed acne scars and where it needs help.
Combining it with other treatments on the same day
Rejuran Healer often sits inside a longer visit. Our one-day skin-booster packages pair Rejuran Healer with LDM in hydration-soothing mode and a modeling pack, and others combine it with exosome, Juvelook Skin or Rejuran for the eye area.
For reactive skin, adding a stronger laser on the same day adds irritation on top of the injections. Whether that's sensible for your skin is something to settle at the exam, not something to pre-book.
What changes the cost of the visit
The figure moves with the amount used, the area (full face, eye area, or both), whether you choose Rejuran Healer or the comfort-focused line, whether it's part of a package, and how many sessions you plan in Korea. What changes a Rejuran Healer quote walks through it in detail; for your own number, ask on WhatsApp with your photo.
Who should wait, and what to watch once you're home
Risks and side effects to know
Common and short-lived: raised bumps, redness, mild swelling, tenderness and pinpoint bruising over the first one to three days. Less common: redness that lingers longer in reactive skin, small lumps, or a brief breakout. Rare: infection or an allergic reaction. How fast skin settles differs from person to person, so read the timings above as typical.
I'd ask you to wait or skip it if you have a known fish or salmon allergy (discuss it first; many doctors won't inject), if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, if there's an active infection, cold sore or acne cyst in the area, if you've taken isotretinoin recently, if you've had a laser or peel on the same area in the last couple of weeks, or if an autoimmune condition is flaring. Blood thinners make bruising more likely, so mention them.
It also isn't for you if you want an immediate visible change for an event this week, or if rosacea is in an active flare when you land.
Once you're home, see a local doctor if redness spreads, the skin turns hot or painful, or anything looks like pus after day three. Take the product name, amount and treatment date with you.

4.7 · 260 Google reviewsI received ONDA lifting and Juvelook Skin treatment at Delpic Clinic. Before the procedure, Dr. K carefully examined my skin condition and explained everything in a kind and easy-to-understand way, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. During the treatment, I could really tell that Dr. K was highly skilled, so I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. It’s definitely a clinic I would love to visit again.
I had a really great experience at Delphic Clinic. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly in English and didn’t try to oversell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean and modern, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you’re a foreigner looking for a trustworthy place in Korea.
Send one daylight photo and a short list of what your skin has reacted to before on WhatsApp, and ask: “Given those reactions, which of these steps should be adjusted for me?” The one-on-one consultation is free, a medical interpreter for your language comes at no extra charge, and the clinic is directly connected to Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station, open until 9 pm on weekdays. At the consultation, what I'll want to know first is what your skin reacted to and how long that reaction lasted, because that tells me how to pace the numbing, the injections and the soothing for you.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I set aside for the whole visit?
Numbing cream needs time to work before the injections, and soothing comes after. Confirm the expected time when you book, especially if you're adding other treatments.
Can I put on sunscreen or makeup afterwards?
On the day itself, it's usually better to leave the skin alone apart from what's applied in the clinic. From the next day, a gentle sunscreen is generally fine, and light makeup can follow once the injection points have closed.
Should I stop retinol or acids before the treatment?
Bring the names of what you use.
Is it okay to exercise or drink alcohol on the same day?
It's better to skip both for a day or two. Heat, sweating and alcohol can make swelling and redness last longer, which matters most if your skin is already reactive.

How much does Rejuran cost in Korea if you only have one trip?
