I hear this every week, often from patients who have had filler before and want a better experience this time. This post is about reading those reviews for signs of real skill, not just popularity.

What 'expert' should mean when you read Korea filler reviews

An expert is not the clinic with the most reviews. It is the injector who can explain why they would put a particular amount in a particular place for your face, and who is willing to say that one area does not need anything.

Review complaints that point to technique, not product

Proof of skill you can check before the needle

• A doctor examines your face and explains the plan before you agree to anything.
• The product is named, and you can see the box or syringe before it is used.
• The starting amount is modest, with the option to add later rather than remove.
• Hyaluronic acid filler is used, and dissolving is available if you change your mind.
• The price is tied to cc and product, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Messages to send a filler clinic before booking

Copy these into a message. Clear, specific answers are a stronger signal of skill than any review count.

• Who will inject me, and will I meet them before treatment?
• Which product would you suggest for my concern, and why?
• How many cc do you usually start with for this area?
• Can I see the product before it is used?
• If I am unhappy, can hyaluronic acid filler be dissolved, and how is that priced?

A filler review timeline: day one, week two, month three

A review written on day one is mostly about swelling and the booking experience. By week two, swelling has usually settled and the shape is easier to judge. A review from a few months later is the one that tells you whether the result stayed natural.

Filler requests I turn down

• Sagging skin that needs lifting, not volume. Filler adds weight and does not lift.
• Areas already filled recently elsewhere, before we know what is there.
• Requests to copy a celebrity's face rather than support your own features.
• Anyone with an active skin infection near the injection site.
